FCLWD will conduct regular board of directors elections on May 6, 2025.

Eligible Elector Definition:

 Any person wishing to vote in a FCLWD election or run for the Board of Directors must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be registered to vote in general elections in the State of Colorado.

• Must be 18 or more years of age.

Must be one of the following:

• A resident within the boundaries of the FCLWD for not less than 30 days.

• Own, or have a spouse or civil union partner that owns, taxable real or personal property within the District.

• Obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase taxable property within the boundaries of the District or an area to be included within the District.

To request an absentee ballot, please complete the FCLWD Application for Absentee Ballot for the election you are requesting an absentee ballot.  Please return forms by mailing or dropping off at 5150 Snead Dr, Fort Collins CO 80525.
